Monte was moving to Texas to be closer to one of his kids. We spent the day at his house listening to stories and I will cherish that day for ever. These postcards and autographs are from Monte`s personal collection, guaranteed to pass PSA/DNA. In the lot is a partial set 91/100 Negro League Legends set #644 they only made 10000, missing 9 and I do not know who they are, probably some of the bigger names. In the set is 2 autographed items, Bobby Robinson and Max Manning. The Robinson is signed on a Johnnie Cowan PC, almost like they mixed up the photos and the Manning is on a group shot. In the lot also is 12 PC set Negro League Series (sealed) 12 card set and some other various postcards 3 of Monte and some Celebration postcards of his good friend Campanella, he kept these because he was very close to him. The postcards are in great shape, have been handled with about 10 having a bend or crease, the Manning autograph one is not in great shape the worse of the bunch. I gurantee these came from the former Negro leaguer and I have another lot of Monte items on eBay tonight so check it out, because of the size difference I will not be able to combine shipping on the lots.
