This is a very rare piece.  HOWIE MORENZ would die at the age of 34 on March 8, 1937.  His autogragh is very difficult to come by let alone an autogragh from the last year of his life.  Morenz would return to the Montreal Canadiens in 1936-37 after a two year period with the Chicago Black Hawks and New York Rangers 1934-36. The autograghs on this cut sheet represent 8 players that were on that 1936-37 Montreal Canadiens team.  We know for certain that Morenz signed this sheet during this year because this is the only time these 8 players were together with the Montreal Canadiens.  Who knows when exactly it was signed but it is certainly significant in that is was from his last year.
