About the card:This is the first The Cup Property Of card for Alexander Ovechkin, as he was excluded from the Property Of set in 05/06 and 06/07 The Cup.  The condition on this card is amazing which is why I've included multiple scans so you can look at the borders, edges, and corners in detail.  The stick nameplate is worn-down as this is official NHL game-used memorabilia, but all letters are clearly visible.  Best of all, this unique card comes out of The Cup in a year which Ovechkin silenced the critics of European players by dominating in the NHL, winning the scoring title and MVP award. The card was pulled by a friend at Untouchable Sports Collectables in Mississauga Ontario, Canada.  It came out of a lone pack of 2007/08 The Cup that had been sitting on a shelf for a couple days which he he had a gut feeling about.
