This insert set called Ice Galaxy had 2 parallel sets, plus the base set. The base Ice Galaxy is the bronze version there was 140 sets made. Then there is the silver version 50 sets made and finally the Gold version 10 sets made. Each set contains 10 cards of the following players Paul Kariya, Alexie Yashin, Curtis Joseph, Peter Forsberg, Patrick Roy, Joe Sakic, Steve Yzerman, Wayne Gretzky, Eric Lindros and Martin Brodeur. In this framed set there is one complete set of each parallel set plus the base bronze set. The bronze set cards individually list for $341.25 in Beckett mint value. The Silver set cards individually list for $853.13 in Beckett mint value. The Gold is not listed due to its scarcity although I have heard of the cards going for 25 times the bronze set value, making them worth approx. $8531.25. The total estimated value of this framed set is worth in and around $9500.00. This framed set is a one of a kind item.
